How to Use This Template
Step 1: Make a Copy
Click the Use Template button to save this to your Google Drive. Install SheetAI to enable AI email generation.
Step 2: Import Your Prospect List
Paste your prospects into the Prospects tab. At minimum, include columns for Name, Job Title, Company, and Industry. The more context you provide (LinkedIn URL, recent company news, mutual connections), the better the personalization.
Step 3: Define Your Email Framework
In the Campaign Settings tab, write your base email template and value proposition. This gives SheetAI the framework and tone to follow. Specify your call to action, desired tone (formal, conversational, casual), and maximum word count.
Step 4: Generate Emails
The Emails tab uses SheetAI to generate a personalized email for each prospect. Review the generated copy and edit any emails that need adjustment. Most will be ready to send as-is after a quick scan.
Step 5: Generate Follow-Ups
Switch to the Follow-Ups tab to create your sequence. The AI generates follow-up messages that reference the initial outreach while introducing new angles or value propositions.
Step 6: Send via Your Preferred Tool
